Print Forms - Task

1. Click the "Click here to download forms" link below to print note cards and forms for this process.
2. Use your computer or tablet's printing function to print these forms.
3. Find a large manilla envelope, cut it in half, and print your name in the upper-left corner of one half. You will store your forms with your note cards in this half-envelope.
4. Your printer has printed 5 note card FORM 2's and 10 other FORMS.
5. Cut your 5 note card FORM 2's in half two times to get 20 note cards.
6. Stack all your other forms and fold them in half. Hold them with the fold across your palm. Set your cut note cards into your open fold. Now pinch your forms closed with your note cards inside.
7. Slide all forms into your manilla envelope or paperclip them together.
