  1. Find your first book.
  2. Use the first Bibliography Information Card on FORM 2.
  3. Write a #1 on the Source # line.
  4. Then write the title, author, and publication information.
  5. When you write notes from this book, always write a #1 on the Source # line of the note cards.
  6. Now find your second source.
  7. Move down to the second Bibliography Information Card on FORM 2.
  8. Write a #2 on the Source # line and write the title, author, and publication information.
  9. Write a #2 on the Source # line of each note card from this second source.
  10. For each new source write information on a FORM 2, Bibliography Information Card.
  11. Also write the source number and the page number on each note card.
