Name Sources - Explanation

  • On the Bibliography Information cards, FORM 2, we write information about each source that we use.
  • Each time we find a book or any source, we write the title, author, and publishers on one of these cards.
  • On the Source # line we write a number.
  • We write that same source number on each note from that source.
  • When we find another source, we fill out a new FORM 2 Bibliography Card, and we give it the Source # that we use on note cards.
