  1. First cut your FORM 3 printouts into 20 note cards.
  2. Now, before doing anything else, print your initials on the Student’s Initials line of all 20 cards.
  3. This will save you the frustrations of writing initials during note-taking or of losing notes you will have worked so hard to take.
