- FORM 6, the Self-Questioning Strategy, has two sides.
 - I folded FORM 6 along the dotted line.
 - First I read SIDE 1.
 - I checked parts and spacing in my whole report; I fixed my mistakes; and I made changes that I needed.
 - Then I laid SIDE 2 under my first sentence.
 - I read my first sentence, and I asked myself all six questions on SIDE 2.
 - I fixed my own mistakes and slid the form down to my second sentence.
 - I read it, asked all six questions, and fixed errors.
 - The questions on FORM 6 made me read slowly and carefully so I could find and fix my own writing mistakes.
