Print Forms - Explanation

We begin by getting our forms ready.

• We will need 6 printed FORMS and a place to store them.
• On the TASK page we will tap the "Click here to download forms" link
• Our printer will give us 8 FORMS with 5 prints for FORM 2.
• We will cut all five Note Card, FORM 2's in half twice.
• We will fold our other five forms and hold them open in one hand.
• Then we will set our 20 cut note cards into our folded forms and pinch them.
• We will slip all our FORMS and Note Cards, into our half-size manilla envelope or paperclip them together.
